All product descriptions, images, and prices on Rajan Musical are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to correct errors and update pricing at any time. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors, with a full refund.

We ship across India. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, public holidays, remote locations). Orders above ₹499 qualify for free shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Instruments are eligible for free replacement within 3 days of delivery, only where the fault is ours — defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly sent. We do not offer general returns on instruments. Accessories have a separate short return window. A video clearly showing the issue is mandatory for every claim. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to share your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

All content on Rajan Musical — including the logo, product images, blog articles, and website design — is owned by Rajan Musical and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without prior written permission.

Rajan Musical is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
